Drivers in Period
Unchecked drivers are left out of the generated sheet. Pay math comes from each driver's tab in the payroll template — edit rates there, not here.

Payroll Summary
Step 1 — Build Summary for Review:
fills the payroll summary from each driver tab's total and emails it
to the owner. No driver is contacted. Salaried and non-driver amounts
stay blank to be entered by hand.
Step 2 — Send: emails each driver a PDF of their
own tab, BCC'd to the owner for record. Adjust the sheet in Drive
between the two steps if anything needs changing — the summary is
rebuilt from the latest totals as the statements go out, and any
amount that moved since you reviewed it is reported.

Roster
Phone isn’t set here — each driver enters and confirms their own number on the SMS consent screen in the driver app. A driver with no email can’t sign in or receive dispatch emails, but the record is still valid; add it once their account exists. Removing clears a driver’s name, email, and phone but keeps their ID so it is never handed to anyone else; they lose app access within a minute. Send any final payroll before removing someone — past pay periods will report them as missing from the roster.

Requests
Approving or denying emails the employee their completed, signed form with the decision printed on it, and copies the office. Both are final — there is no reopen, and a decided request can only be replaced by a new one. You can’t decide your own request; someone else in the office has to. This app does not track a time-off balance — an approval is the office’s answer, not a calculation.

Flagged checklists
Days with calls but no checklist
Someone who ran calls without having the van — a trainee riding along — shows up here too. The owner can Dismiss that day; it comes off this list and out of the Monday mail.

Help
New Dispatch — Fill out the dispatch form and submit to send a call to the assigned transporter(s). They’re notified by email and text.
All Dispatches — View active calls (pending + active) by default; use the filter to see completed or cancelled calls. Use a row’s status menu to cancel a call or change its status.
Time Off — The paper Time Off Request form, in the menu. The page opens on your own requests, newest first, each marked Pending, Approved, Not approved or Withdrawn; with nothing filed yet it goes straight to the form.
• Filing one — New Request: first
and last day off, the day you return to work, your office title and
any vacation or personal time earned, then sign and
Submit Request. The office is emailed the signed
form, and you get your own copy.
• Withdrawing — a request that hasn’t been answered
yet has a Withdraw button. Withdrawing is final: a
withdrawn request can’t be reopened, so to ask again, file a new
one.
• The answer — when it’s decided, the card shows
Approved or Not approved with the
reason, and the completed, signed form is emailed to you.
• Balances — the app keeps none. An approval is for
the days requested, nothing more; ask the office how much time you
have left.
Time Off Approvals (Admin, owners only) — every employee’s requests, pending first; decided ones sit behind the filter chips. Approve or Deny opens a signature box: your signature is stamped on the form’s Provider / Office Manager line, and a denial needs a reason, which prints on the form too. The decided, signed form is emailed to the employee with the office on copy. A request can be decided once — there is no reopen — and you can’t decide your own. The button in the notification email opens the right card.
